Fox Hollies Special School

Fox Hollies Special School

Welcome to 3K's class page where we will post information about what your child is learning at school, along with updates and any ideas or activities for home-learning.

3K is a class of 12 pupils with a small mixture of ages ranges from years 9-11. Our classroom is near the entrance of school on the ground floor with lots of windows to let the sunlight in that we will make our own. We are very much looking forward to seeing your young person and seeing what we can learn and discover together as a class.

Class Teacher: Kam Adey

I have worked at Fox Hollies for 2 years. I have worked in the special needs sector for over 15 years and I love working in pathway 3! I have vast experience in working with SEN from PMLD to MLD and worked in an Autistic and SEMH specific settings. I am hoping that I can use this experience to best support your young person.

I love working in Special Needs and getting to know the pupils as I believe this is the best way to help them have a positive and fulfilling experience of education and learning.

I love spending time with my family and friends and getting to know people. I also have a passion for mindfulness and love going hiking when I can find the time!

Teaching Assistant:  Loreaya

Loreaya is super organised and a very calming presence in the classroom.

Loreaya has worked at Fox Hollies for over 12 years and uses this to create a purposeful environment for learning. She uses humour and their personal interests to engage and excite the pupils to what is being taught.

She is very good at getting to know pupils and making them feel welcome in school and the classroom. She is very creative, with textiles being her favourite creative art.
