After all of the students’ hard work and effort throughout Post 16 towards making their next steps in education, work or social care, the transition process is already in full swing. We will guide you through this with our yearly transition event in the autumn term.

Throughout the transition process school will support students, families and work with external professionals to ensure that you have all the information you need, helping students understand and become confident about their next steps into Post 19 education.
